Current users of ExtraCare are faced with an overwhelming array of rewards and deals, making it hard for them to find what they need.
The task aims to simplify the user interface, make it easier for customers to navigate their rewards and benefits, drive profile completion or updates, encourage upgrades to paid membership, and improve personalized customer engagement.

The hypothesis is that a new, simplified, and more navigable loyalty landing page will increase customer engagement by showing value, highlighting opportunities, and enabling members to take full advantage of their membership.
DESIGN decision
I created wireframes and prototypes for the new landing page design. These high-fidelity wireframes focused on improving navigation, personalization, and usability.
I also implemented a visually appealing and user-friendly design, incorporating CVS branding elements while maintaining simplicity and ease of use. The design features clear CTAs, personalized content, and a visually pleasing layout.
